Over the past ten years as a Commercial Mortgage Banker London has provided financing for Apartment, Commercial Buildings, Farming, Wineries, and Development projects throughout the Southwest. Derrick has devoted his entire adult life to entrepreneurship. He is a dynamic speaker, trainer, and mentor. He has hired, trained, and managed over 2000 sales people and Independent Representatives. After a realization in the U.S. Army that no matter whether he went to combat or dug foxholes his paycheck would be the same, Derrick decided he wanted a career where he controlled his own income. He opened his first business at age 21; a car detailing shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma called “Car Cosmetology”. In the following 23 years Derrick never took any job that did not offer a commission. He always became the top sales producer at every sales job he chose where many owners also promoted him to Sales Manager. Being entrepreneurial and not afraid to take risks Derrick started several businesses and made a career from his own efforts. His first experience with Network Marketing was in 1988 with NSA, where he caught the MLM fever. From there he built successful sales organizations with a handful of companies over 17 years full and part-time. Micore International Consultants get paid in 7 different ways!
1.) Retail Sales – As a Consultant you will receive a 20% discount off of the retail price. Retail customer can either purchase from you directly or from your online retail site.
2.) 4×5 Forced Matrix – This Matrix practically guarantees you will earn a monthly commission with Micore! (As long as you enroll at least ONE Micore rep) You don’t have to be a Super Salesman or Mega Recruiter to make residual income with Micore. Your Matrix will begin to fill up from the “spillover” of the Consultants activities above you, beside you, and even below you!
